Here's today challenge:
Make an exercise of your daily household chores!
This is a great way to get more exercise into your daily routines
without having to make it an extra task.
There are many ways you can do this,
for example with vacuum cleaning.
While you're doing it, put on some music that inspires vigorous movement
and make the most of it!
You can also do some squats and lunges while you're vacuum cleaning,
polishing the furniture, doing the laundry, etc.
Washing the floor is also good exercise, especially when you do it vigorously.
I'm sure you can come up with more ideas yourself.
The point is to do some energetic movements while you're doing your chores.
Stay at it for at least 10-15 minutes.
