Here's your activity for today:
Do some Yoga!
If you're familiar with yoga, you'll know what to do.
If you've never done any yoga before and need some instructions,
there are lots of videos on YouTube that you can follow,
but I reccommend this video with Zoe.
It's a core challenge video, and I reccommend it not just for the yoga,
but also because Zoe explains things well. The whole video takes only 8-9 minutes.
