Today's main activity is short, but effective.
If you think it's over too quickly, you can try it longer or add one of the exercises
you've enjoyed from Day 1 - 9.
Here's today's challenge:
Do a Wall-sit!
If you're not familiar with this exercise, I want to make sure you do it right,
so I'm sharing a video demonstration of how to do it.
Sit for as long as you can, but don't over-do it the first time.
I'm sure you'll feel the burn quickly!
Just like the Plank, this is a good exercise to do daily! It's quick, and it's effective!
