This was originally created as a 5 day course / challenge, but now that you get full access to all prompts right away, it's up to you to decide how much you're going to do in one sitting. I do, however, reccommend that you follow the 5 day plan, because you need to take time to do the exercises properly, and not rush through this. if you want a change for the better in your life, you can't rush things. You have to take one step at a time, ok?

Now, who am I, you may wonder...
I’ve been working as a coach for the last 10 years, mostly as an employee with various companies in Norway, but I started building a business of my own about 5 years ago, while still working my day job. I’ve helped people who have come from various backgrounds and ethnicities and who’ve had very different challenges in their life, challenges that have made them feel overwhelmed and stuck and unable to see a path forward for themselves. I’ve helped them become aware of what’s been holding them back, and also how their own personality type and inner qualitites and resources could be used with intention and help them live the life of their dreams.
My own journey started 12 years ago. I felt stuck in my own life and felt that I was living my life mainly according to other people’s rules, or to please someone else. I felt that I had to be someone else in order to fit in or not upset anyone, so what was really ME seldom came to the surface.
I felt more and more unhappy as the years went by, and finally I realized that I just couldn’t go on living like that. Something had to change.
I started to analyze my life, and I slowly found a way to change my situation and get to a better place. I learned methods and tools to start living with intention, and that changed everything for me. Today I have ...
-a life with less stress and obligations, and more of what brings me joy and happiness,
-a life where I have more freedom to do what I want,
-a life where I have more self-esteem and have learned to say NO when I want to say no, and not just say YES to please someone else,

For the last 5 years, I’ve been on a mission to share the methods that I’ve used to turn my own life around, with as many people as possible, and especially with women who live in stressful situations and feel overwhelmed by their daily obligations, - just like you.
That’s why I’ve created this FREE challenge, and I can’t wait to share my tools with you, so let’s just get started, shall we? I’m looking forward to seeing you in a short while, on Day # 1!
